Can anyone tell me the settings to be maintained to configure Alerts In ICWeb client??

Hi,

Perform following settings:

1)Execute transaction: CRMC_IC_ALERTMODELER

2)You need to create an Alert ID by deciding upon,

Events on which alert will be triggered, parameters that would be passed when alert is triggered and place holders for the Alert.

3) Create an Alert Profile, assign all required alert IDs to it.

4)Assign created Aert profile to agent's Webclient Profile.

Hi Srinivas,

To maintain Alerts the following settings are required:

Customer Relationship Management-> Interaction Center WebClient-> Basic Functions-> Define Alerts and Alert Profiles

<b>Create an alert ID.</b>

An alert can be assigned events, parameters,placeholders.

Events: When it is to be triggered.

Parameters: For Eg Seconds: 30, I.e. 30 minutes after the event has trigerred the alert should appear.

<b>Create an alert Profile and assign the alert ID to it.</b>

Assign this alert profile to your webclient Profile.
