Which platform are you trying to install it?

Binary version or VM version?

Hello Jurandyr,

To initially Secure your HANA, express edition you could leverage a SUSE Free 60-day Evaluation license. Longer term however, if you wanted your system to stay updated with security patches, you would need a full license as Vidya mentions.

Hi Jurandyr,

Are you installing Hana Express edition - VM image? If yes, you would not need any license initially. but to get the support from Suse later on, you might need to take the license.
