Screen is not changing from the display mode to edit mode

scenario is FILE2IDOC

in configuration

in Bussiness System --> service -->adpater specific identifier .....we need to give logical system...

the problem wht iam facing is the screen is not changing from display mode to EDIT mode..wht might be problem.
