Forecast Strategy 14 (Weighted Moving Average)

Hi!

I have some doubts about Strategy 14. The user has created a profile with this strategy and has done some forecast with this profile but the forecast KF is still empty.

So, i check her profile and i discover that when i key 14 in the forecast strategy field a popup appears : "Specify a weighting group for forecast strategy 14".

Of course the user didn't specify a weighting group but she has been able to save the profile.

Is this weighting group obligatory for strategy 14?

I try to create one but i don't understand the meaning of the fields required to create such a group.

What is the windows witch appears when i click on the <i>Edit time series</i> button?
