Hi
I have downloaded configurable material from ECC into CRM. Now when I look at configuration tab in a product, there is no data being displayed. It just shows me columns "Model, Version, usage, organization unit". Is this normal or I am missing something?
Thanx in advance.
Cheers

Hi,
Have you checked the downloaded knowledge bases in the CRM tables - COMM_CFGKB or COMM_SCEKB?
If you don't find the entries in one of the above tables (particularly in COMM_CFGKB), then you have an issue regarding the download of SCE.
Please let me know you answer, so that I will try to help you to solve the download issue

Hi,
I suggest you go through some OSS Notes for you specific case. Notes 1044682 and 659608 are the notes that talk about the download of KB.

Hi Hitesh,
Do one thing..
Create a knowledge base and use filter in SCE to download the knowledge base..
Then we can know if things are getting downloaded or not.

Hi Hitesh,
On the Configuration tab of product, the place what you have mentioned, you must see some data filled in those columns and rows.
To check the configuration, you have to select any of the row and then click on the 'simulate' button on the lower part of the same screen.

Hello Hitesh,
In the configuration tab, you should be able to see the knowledgebase of the configurable product you have created in ECC. You should then be able to simulate the configuration of the product in CRM using SCE installed with IPC.
