If you want to change from fifo to lifo, go the batch condition recodrd ie., vch1, and select sort criteria and change the same.
step1: define sort rules by going to this
img->logistics general->batch management-> batch determination and batch check-> define sort rules
go here and define the sort rule, and go and assign it in the vch1
