head count keyfigure

Hi to all

I am using Headcount and Personnel Actions (0PA_C01),cube for my reporting there is two key figure for rowcount , headcountFTE (0HDCNT_FTE),Number of Employees (0HDCNT_LAST), then which keyfigure , I should use for row count
