WBS Status

Hi gurus,

I'm trying to give the WBS maintenance and the budgeting function to different people. Is there any way to control the WBS status so that whenever there is a change on budget, the WBS status is set back to UNreleased? In this way, the WBS maintenance guy is aware of any budget changes cuz without releasing the WBS, no one could post any actual value to it.
