Can I use a calculation formula in a subtotal into pricing procedure?

Dear Experts,

I have used calculation formulas to condition types to get a value for KBETR, nevertheless I am wondering if I can create a calculation formula to rest KZWI5 minus KZWI4, to have the result in a subtotal called Sales Margin, If the answer is yes on which field should I storage the result of the substraction.

Most likely you will store the result in KWERT (guessing from the subtotal name).
