Hi Rakesh

If you want to access to the IC Webclient, you can directly enter the T-Code: <b>CRM_IC</b>.

Hi rakesh

Not sure to understand what is empty and why you can't enter manually the T-Code CRM_IC in the SAP GUI.

Anyway, this OSS note "Note 654549 - How to launch the IC WebClient" may help you:

The IC WebClient should normally be launched from the mySAP Enterprise Portal (EP). However, it is also possible to launch the IC WebClient from the mySAP CRM system directly or from an Internet shortcut or URL.

<b>Launch the IC WebClient from the mySAP Enterprise Portal</b>

Start the mySAP EP with role IC Agent

The mySAP EP will appear

The IC WebClient will automatically launch in a new browser window

<b>Launch the IC WebClient from the mySAP CRM system</b>

Logon to the mySAP CRM system

Run transaction SE80

Select the BSP application CRM_IC

Double-click on object name 'CRM_IC'

Click the Test (F8) icon

The IC WebClient will launch in a browser window

<b>Launch the IC WebClient from an Internet shortcut</b>

(using default SAP system Client)

Create an Internet shortcut or favorite with the following format:

http://<host>.<domain>:<port>; followed by /sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ic/default.htm

<b>Launch the IC WebClient from a URL</b>

(using default SAP system Client)

Open a browser window

Type in the URL using the following format: http://<host>.<domain>:<port>; followed by /sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ic/default.htm

Best regards
