help me

Good morning,

I've created a program to uplaod and download a file and I've declared 2 parameters one for upload and other for download. Now I want the program to show me the uploaded file when I fill the upload parameter and to show me the downloaded file when i fill the download parameter and both the uploaded and downloaded files when I fill both the parameters. Can anyone please help me doing this.
