dispatcher running but dialog queue info unavilable

hi experts,

i restored my server with complete nt backup. restoration completed successfully.

when trying to start mmc, in the process list

msg_server.exe is running,

igswd.exe is running

but disp+work.exe it's showing "dispatcher running but dialog queue info unavailable"

(4.7e,sql,windows2003 server)

saposcall and sap<sid><INS.number> processes are in "started" status

please tell me your valuable suggestions
