How to run BSP programs

I am new to BSP. I want to know about BSP programing and how can i run the BSP programs? To run BSP program how can configure the internet services?

And please do not ask for "complete solution", especially on a general question like yours is. To give a complete solution for your question (want to know about BSP programming and how can I run the BSP programs...) would take a whole book to answer.
