Dear experts I have the following scenario:
a) 1 shipping point, 3 points to"drop" goods and 5 transportation zones
b) The truck that leaves the shipping point goes to the 3 points and drop goods, this truck returns to the shipping point
c) From each of the points to "drop" good there are other trucks that goes to the transportation zones and drop the product in customer locations.
My network is as follows:
a) 1 location of type 1003 (shipping point)
b) 3 location of type 1140 (hub)
c) Transportation Lanes conecting SPN305 to PT1, PT to PT2, PT2 to PT3, PT2 to PT4 and PT4 to SPN305
d) Transportation Lanes conecting PT1 to TZone 1, PT3 to TZone2, PT3 to TZone3, PT4 to TZone4
e) Assign PT1 to SPN305, PT2 to PT1, PT3 to PT2, PT4 to PT2 as transhipment location.
The result is almost correct as I have FOs created correctly (flowing from each PT to the Transportation Zone).
My problem is that in the flow SPN305-->PT1-->PT2-->PT4 the system is generating 1 Freight Order per stage. I need a single FO for this. Any idea how can I accomplish this?
Regards!
Dear Italo,
I think (not tested myself) that this problem only can be solved if you add some extra stages. Fu's can't be consolidated on stage level since they have different destination locations.
The Fu's should have the following stages(assumption)
FU1 :SPN305-> PT1-> LOC01
FU2 SPN305-> PT1->PT2->LOC02
FU3 SPN305->PT1->PT2->PT3->LOC03
Then Fu's can be aggregated in stages. As a first test you can add the stages manually in the FWO of FU, later you can find a way to automate this. e.g. by default route, default route can also be detemined during FU building, see link below:

Please let us know which solution you have found.
Kind regards,
