Email Doubt

hi all

I have created one email prog. but in this prog. i want to send mail to sap inbox ie. business workplace (SBWP) my sap user inbox.

In my prog. i mentioned receiver address = my sap logon name.

after execute my prog. i could not receive any mail.

how can i excecute?

how can i find email id
