Missing fields in account management

Guys,

I am using CRM 5.0 and Enterprise Portal. I have the account Manager role assigned to ID in portal.

When I create a new account in Portal I see that I missing fields like Account Group, Transportation Zone, Tax Jurisdiction etc. Is there a way to enable these fields in portal? I am new to PCUI so please send me detailed steps along with any documentation if possible.
