Hi Gurus...
Hope you all are doing good !
Appreciate your help for understanding the settings for MM SUS scenario, as we are implementing MM SUS scenario. We have separate server for SUS and SRM 5.0.
1. What are the config settings required in classification system to replicate vendor master data from R/3 to SUS ?
2. What are the config settings and master data settings required for replicating PO created in R/3 to SUS ? ( output determination settings , how the PO is automatically transfered to SUS ?)
3. Is it necessary to define Business partner ( replicated from R/3 ) as a company code in SUS ? If yes, why and how ?
Off course, points will be rewarded ...
Thanks in Advance,
Vijay.

(go to <u>Business Partner Maintenance in Supplier Self-Services</u>)
Business Partner maintenance depends on Business Scenario.

for POs, we have to configure & map idoc ORDERS02 between SUS and MM depends on our requirement through XI. You can find more information in Configuration Guide: Plan Driven Procurement with Supplier Integration.
for PO processing information

First Business Partner data must be consistent between R/3 and SUS for this you have replicate Business Partners from R/3 to SUS or you can create Business Partners in SUS
for PO replication you have to maintain a distribution model between MM and SUS. SUS understands only XML format, so with the help of XI you can convert idoc to xml. For configuration settings please <b>go</b> through <b>configuration guide</b>: <b>Plan Driven Procurement with Supplier Integration</b>, which is available in SAP Services.Configuration Guide explains how to make distribution model, XI settings and other necessary settings for the complete business scenario.
