Agent Determination through Evaulation Path

Hi Experts,

i want to get the agent thorugh evaulation path. for that suppos a position is made vacant so i have to find that postion cost manager's employee.

I have to follow the below evualtion path

S A/003 O ( Postion to a organization unit)

O A/002 K ( Orgainzation unit to Cost centre Manger id)

O A/012 S ( again position id )

S A/008 P ( and from position to Person)

P is assigned to US in IT0105

How to use it in a rule? Please if any body have a similar case, help me out.

It is very urgent.

Hi Manoj,

I would say use a rule based on a function module which you program based on your conditions. All relations are stored in table HRP1001, so from that you should be able to get from your position to the user-id or create the evaluation path and evaluate it in your function module to find the pernr, and with that the user-id.

I think you're missing a relationship as well. Usually S (Position) is also assigned to S (Position) for a manager and their subordinates. So the manager's position would be assigned to their manager and to the employee IDs, but an employee who was not a manager would have a position with only a relationship to the manager's position.

S (employee) A002 S (manager)

S (manager) B002 S (employee)

You may want to verify with your HR functional team, and if this is the case then there are standard rules you can use.
