My crystal report with postgres db is working fine. I installed SAP Crystal Reports Web Services/XML Data Driver and followed the instructions but I am not able to see XML and Web Services option in crystal reports. http://www.crystalreports.com/crystal-reports-visual-studio/?source=ppc-global-google-cr&gclid=Cj0KC... I also saw the video in the link Connect to an XML data source: Crystal Reports 2011 but I couldn't get the options shown.

Upgrade to the latest CR 2016 Patches should resolve the issue
