Hi,
where ca i change the severity level of logs in NWA.?
eg: i want to see only error and above
Will reward points for helpful answers.
Thanks
Rocky
Hi Rocky,
There are two ways to achieve that -- to create a filter in order not to see anything different than error (the memo above has correctly explained it) or to change the default severity level. That can be done by several way (config tool, telnet administration or NWA).
For NWA the actual locatoins depends on the server version, for 7.0 that should be :
System Management --> Configuration --> Log Configuration
For the Composite Environment and the Java EE 5 preview edition that was on the SDN the respective way to find it would be :
Problem Management --> Logs and Traces --> Log Configuration.

Hi, Rocky!
You should filter your log list (by "severity"). Check the following link:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/7c/844d427956b330e10000000a155106/frameset.htm
(select your view from the list on the left)
Hope this helps!
Regards!
