How long the Cache will last

Hi Guys,

Am caching my queries but they are only lasting for certain time, for example

if i cache in the morning and i think after midnight the cache is getting deleted

by system automatically.

Is there a setting to make it last until i run the cache program again.

Hi,

It will become invalid if

1) Attribute change is scheduled

2)Data is loaded back into the infoproviders( cubes,master data).

3)Query is changed.

ther is no way that you can stop it.... no SAP notes nothing.

Just try to schedule it after everything finishes...because even if a master data is loaded which is not used in your reports...attribute change run after that will effect all the cache.

So all your laods should finish before cache including attribute change run.
