CCMS Central autoreaction error

HI,

I am trying to configure central autorreaction for one of my XI server.I could able to register the CCMS agent and start it on o the server. Now I am able to see the central autoreaction(of solution manager system) in the XI system.

But the email is not getting generated with this method. When I try to run the method manuually it is showing me a message "Cannot determine data for method Z_CCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2".

Please note the same method is running successfully in other systems(r3 & crm).

Have anybody come across such a problem? Am I missing anything in configuring the CCMS.

    The issue is resolved now.

    There was a problem with CSMCONF file
