PNP/PNPCE - It contains all data pertaining to Personnel Administration ,Time Mgmt and Payroll any infotype related to these modules with be stored in PNP date base

Yes.. PNP is for all the PA infotypes.. you just have to declare the in the Infotypes statement under data decalrations of your report..You can aslo use the function call HR_READ_INFOTYPE to read any PA infotype without attaching yor report to PNP.

Dear Shiva Kumar,
Just create a selection screen variant and hide the field. Run the program, when the selection screen is thrown, click the save variant, in the next screen you will be able to check a checkbox to hide any particular field of fields, give a name to the variant and a description, and click save. Now, you can create a "Z" tcode which calls this program and uses the variant automatically.
Hope this will help.

Naveen.
>>dont want the selection screen . if i use infotype i know selection screen will come is there any way to avoid it??
To avoid the Std selection screen
1. You can set the report category ___00003 (All fields suppressed) via the Program Attributes & design your own selection-screen in the Program or
2. Create your own Report category & assign it to the report.
