at my plant one truck gate in against PO but during gate out it was learned already supplied quantity is more than PO quantity so SAP not accepting weighout of the truck.
For ex PO quantity issued 200 mt, already delivered 204 mt. In addition to this system accepted one more truck but now not getting gate out.
Please suggest what options I have to get this truck gate out?
You have your PO and you wanted go for MIGO for PO but in between you have a process "Gate Entry"- better design a custom transaction code "Prereceipt Entry" and receive goods in main gate. Once material unloaded- you can do MIGO for your PO with Prereceipt Entry of quantities. Quantity variance in goods receipt you can handle with over delivery tolerance or under delivery tolerance setting..

My question was specific to SAP, what gate out and weigh bridge physically means was long clear.
I guess an answer "open the gate and let the truck out" is not what you expect.
If you want a solution for SAP then you have to explain in detail in which transaction you get what error message.
I actually believe that this gate out application is something homemade and not SAP standard, and you should ask your local support, as nobody outside your company can know about an application that was developed by your own IT.
If the transaction starts with Z or Y then it is a clear indication that it is not SAP standard.

Gate out means: in my plant every raw material enter or leave my plant after weighment at my weighbridge, this weighment is captured in SAP against the PO given to the vendor for supplying raw material.
Now as I put in my query, po balance not available but SAP accepted weigh in of truck but during weighout message coming no balance.
I want to get this truck weigh out through system only.
Please suggest

Can you explain what "Gate out" means and what transaction this is? And what error message you get (double click the message and tell number and text)
