regarding the display of adapter types in under run time work bench

hi all.

here in our company we had installed xi newly.

sap-xi server pi 7.0 .

but after one month sapag has done some changes in xi server.

and now when we are running xi server the runtime workbench is not showing list of adapters under adapter type and there were no new messages that we had sent newly in sxmb_moni.

so what are the changes that we have to done to make all correctly.
