how to clear & close the popup window

Hi All ,

I am displaying a pop-up in a tabstrip , input fields of a pop-up are coming from the view .

Requirement : I want to clear all the input fields which is coming displaying into the pop-up by clear button & wana close the pop-up by close button .

can anyone plz send me the code for this .
