Getting short text of a check table entry

Hello,

I was wondering if someone can tell me how to get the text field of a check table?

EX: for the check table of field SPART (VTPA), the short text is in the field VTEXT. I've tried to get the text through SELECT, but it does not work.

for the example mentioned the text table for data element spart is TSPAT.

search 'T.....' kind of table by using 'where in used' of dataelement of SPART.

U will definitely find the solution.
