defining a Cost center & Activity types

can any body plz tell me the procedure in details for

defining a Cost center & Activity types for the SVK parameter in DETAILS

which is assigned in the work center --> costing screen .

Plz send me the detailed procedure step by step , if possible with Screen shot & TCODES
