Process chain conditional trigger

Currently there are 2 process chains.

The 1^st one should be scheduled on the penultimate work day of the month.

The 2^nd one should run each weekend except between the penultimate work day of the month and the 5^th working day of the month.

so we could either create a calendar for 1st process chain, need help to find a logic for 2nd process chain.
