Gmail integration with C4C

Good day SAP community,

I´m trying to use gmail Add-In syncronizing my mails to C4C related to a Lead or Opportunity, but I have noticed that gmail Add-In only recognize Contacts, not Individual Customer, I cannot even search the Individual Customer. Do I missing any setting to achieve this or is not supported yet? Any experience with this add-Ins?

For outlook I check https://answers.sap.com/questions/42884/replicating-individual-customers-from-c4c-to-outlo.html and now let me search by Individual Customer.

Good day,

I ask the same question to SAP. There is no work around available now, they suggest to post the need in Ideas for future improvements and explore server side options.
