Crystal Report 2016 - Image Rotate

Hi, I have a report with a field Image and datasource is a table of SQL Server 2014 with a image field (Type SQL:Image). With C#, I read file from file system and save it in Database. When image is shown in Crystal Report I have 2 problem
- Image is rotate of 90 degrees
- proportions aren't respected (I need a fix dimension of image in report)

Changed tag to CR for VS.

CR Designer no longer ships with the SDK, get it here:

Does the report appear to work in CR Designer?
