SAP guru's:-GOOD MORNING,

whenever uploading ( TRANSFER) the chart of accounts NON-SAP- TO SAP, have any changes, in this, what are that changes, plz give brief explnation about this one.( one of the interviewer asking this one, what are the slight changes)

Chart of accounts has the initial basic data, which need not be uploaded but created directly in SAP.

When it comes to GL accounts within the COA, before the upload, there could be a conversion program with a format which suits SAP, by which the legacy data can be uploaded.

Normally, we ensure all the mandatory fields in SAP are met from the data from legacy. If any changes are required, you would delete the data in SAP and make a fresh upload.
