Partner function not copied from Vendor Master into PO even after maintaining all settings in SPRO

Hello All,

My concern is about the partner function not being copied into the PO from the vendor master record. Below are the partner functions maintained for test vendor 1000062

I am using a partner schema 0002 and it is already assigned to the PO document type. Below are the partner schema settings in SPRO

This schema 0002 is also assigned to my PO document type NB in SPRO.

Now when I try to create a PO using ME21N transaction, only the partner function VN is copied into the PO header. Below is the snapshot of the same

But I want to have all the above partner functions maintained in the vendor master to be copied into PO.

Could you please support me to solve the issue?

your schema is insufficient, all roles should have the box for higher level flagged, just see the F1 field help on this box
