Activation of Demo Content

Hi,

I am trying to activate some demo content in BI 7.0. For some reason the source system (SAPDEMO) and in turn the transfer rules are not collected and hence not activated. I have not faced this problem in 3.5 or 3.1c. Has anyone faced this?
