CCMS Alerting

Hi,

We are implementing Monitoring of XI and ECC components through CCMS. Basically we configured CCMS to receive Alerts from XI. But the problem is, if i produce a MAPPING ERROR in 20 interfaces it produces 1 alert and not 20 Alerts.

Is there anyway the number of Alerts in CCMS can be same as the number of Errors that occured.
