We are receiving Job C4C logs and not able to monitor the same in Web services

We are getting error logs as attached below as url and image . We are trying to find the errors on Web service monitoring but there is no erroneous message.

How can we figure which logs are these and why are we getting this ?

Is there any way to reproduce this?

Hello Priya,

These are the responses for the requests sent by your system. These are synchronous calls and are not captured by webservice message monitor by default. The response may contain ID of the record that got created(ticket in your case) and/or errors , warnings , information.
