Hi - I have a question about lead stage status and engagement scores in 1705 Cloud. So I used engagement scores to define lead stage (suspect, inquiry etc.) and defined in the job application that the lead stage status should be calculated on an hourly basis. FYI -"Suspect" is everyone who has 0-10 engagement score for me (include 0). My scenario is that I added a new contact today whose engagement score is 0, however, this contact's status is not changed to "Suspect" until 10+ hours later. Since I defined the lead status to be updated on an hourly basis and 0 engagement score qualifies the new contact to be a suspect, should it be changed after the 1st hour?
Btw I don't know if it's related but I noticed the out-of-the-box engagement model is executed on a daily basis .
As already mentioned the lead stages are updated once a day by default per Application Job. You can schedule it to run more often, but it would not make sense, at least this is the feedback from the colleagues as the differentiation also seems to work on a daily base.

Did you check the Lead Stage calculation job schedule? By default it is once daily. You can increase it but must see what the impact on performance. https://help.sap.com/viewer/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/1705%20500/en-US/0ab982df6f664a639fe39d...
