WBS Element

Good Morning SAP Gurus'

I am having trouble understanding a problem we are having with WBS Elements. We are receiving a number of errors in Error during WBS determination. Probably no CO object or wrong company code via t-code Z2S3. Does anyone have any insight to this issue? In addition, good documentation on WBS Element would be beneficial to me as well since this is new to me.
