Do KF selections override Filter selection ?

Dear Experts,

In my query (currently using BI 7), at filter level i restricted a Branch Id to 01, but in the columns, for a KF selection, i restricted KF - Qtr to build, for Branch Id 02.

I know since i restricted the query at <b>filter level to Branch id 01</b>, the purpose is to get the query data for that Branch id.

But at the same time does the kf selection (KF - Qtr to build, <b>for Branch Id 02</b>), would still work ?

Unfortuantely we dont have data to test it completely. But by your experience what do you think will take course.
