OADP Caching problem

Hi Guys,

I've set up a configuration in OADP for my Employee Search to bring up a list of links that launch a service key when clicked. The problem is that the configuration is being cached somewhere. I make changes to my OADP configuration and it is not reflected through to the Employee Search iView.

I've tried to re-deploy the Employee Search in hopes that it might initiate a fresh pull of the OADP configuration but no luck ...

Has anyone been able to clear the OADP cache?

If it is NW7 (aka NW04s).. I guess the cache problem is a known issue.. looks like the Portal & backend should be in sync ie have the same NW version.. Have you searched the Portal Content forum?

Yes, that is the version of NetWeaver we're using.

I have searched all forums. I have also posted this problem in the Portal Content forum.

Do you know of a workaround for this problem?

NO workaround as yet.... we are stuck with a similar cahce issue on UWL..our Portal is on NW04 & backend is still 47.. I understand both have to be in sync.. our upgrade is still far off.. have you tried to get any help from OSS?
