CRM standard Workflow Issue

Hi all,

i am working on CRM 5.0 .i need to activate the standard workflow WS10001011( create lead to Oppurtunity).this standard workflow is not having the complete definition it shows just the start event ,reset of the standard step type for this workflow is not visible in tnx SWDD.What could be the reason?

Please Help me on this Issue...
