Release Strategy not triggering.

Hi,

I had created a two release strategies with two characteristics with GNETW field.

Release strategy 1 with characteristics with Rs. 0-100

Release strategy 2 with characteristics with Rs. 101-500

When i am creating a PO with Rs. 10000, the release strategy one is getting picked up.

What could be the problem. ?
