How to transport workbook

Hi All,

How can we transport workbook in BW.

I have run a query and save it as workbook, and assigned to a role.

If transport only this workbook, will that target system knows which role it has to be assigned. where that workbook will be assigned.

can you pls tell me how to transport a workbook so that it will get assigned to its respective role in target system as it is assigned in dev system.
