new event control workbench SM62 SM64

Hi gurus and SAP insiders,

i am trying to setup some start events for process chains. during this i have found new look and feel of the event configuration screens. looks good and promising! applause ... but is my assumption correct, that SM 62 is just a nice screen to date? if yes, which SP will bring functionality?

otherwise, if i am the dummy, would you please let me share your wealth of knowledge?
