Adding New tabs in Cproject

Hi,

I am working on cprojects.

In which i've created Process flow as a new project.

After creating the project, the system should generate FMEA(Analysis

report), which is to be added as a new tab.

Reqirement is to generate FMEA from the process flow and Control plan

should be generated from the FMEA automatically.
