Cost relevancy

deal all

i have created a project with non valuated project stock

when im attaching a material to an activity and doing reservation of material to WBS element , cost relevancy tic at the general data tab page of material is getting gray

due to which im my plan cost for material is not coming

can any one help me out

how i can change this
