regarding deletion of personal number

hi experts,

In HR hiring (PA40) i have entered 100 employees details .now i want to delete last 25 employees details that is from 76 to 100.if i delete and starting hiring procedure again what no will be assigned to the 76 employee .

it will be 76 or 101. i have set my personal number genation type to auto.

hope my question is clear.

You deleted the personal no.

Due to this the no assigned will not come back thats why it is 101 not 76.

Then it will not come it will be 101 only.

Pls close the thread.

the status of the number will be set to 100

i dont know whether we can manually change the status back to 76

hai

if u delete the personnel number

go and check the status of the number in number ranges

if it is at 100 it will start the number from 101.

but i beleive of u want the deleted number to come again u can give in hiring action and do it.
