adding a new tab

hi all

i have a requirement to add a new tab to tansaction screen iw31 .

i know we do a configuration in spro where we create a view profile and then attach it to an order type. all the required tabs are mentioned there.

but i am nt able to get to the place where i will define the screen elements for my subscreen .
