Dump using F4 in ALV filter

Hi all,

I have problem with the ALV report while i try to filter the entries.

After output is displayed, I am selecting the required field and selecting the filter, now it is showing the selection screen. Now when ever I press F4 it is going for short-dump. Without Filters it is working fine.

I feel, the filter works fine is there is no blank values in the column and the filter works as desired.

I have checked all options in field catalogue but still no solution.

Please let me know what could be the problem and any solution for that.

Hi,

For filter have alook at BCALV_TEST_FULLSCREEN_FILTER in your SAP system

Im not able to resolve the issue. I have checked the suggested code as well.

I have populated all the required parameters in the field catalogue.

The filter works fine if all the rows in the column which i need to filter has values.

If there is any row in the column with blank values, the F4 gives a dump.

Anyways thanks for your suggestion.
