Delete Orders

Hello all,

Can we someone help me with the below scenarios and what all needs to be done to resolve them.

1. Order is placed in a delivery and Goods issue is done. Now the order needs to be removed

2. Order is placed in a delivery and Goods receipt is done. Now the order needs to be removed

3. Order is physically shipped out and no delivery was created - a delivery should be created and also shipment should be created and then PGI. Please advise.
